RETURNS POLICY

In case of error on behalf of our company, the return is accepted, if you notify us within 5 working days. We fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and the shipping costs.

In case the products you have received have exceeded the expiration date, we fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order and in case of shipping costs.

In case the product has a defect and is covered by warranty, it is replaced in consultation with the manufacturing company.

In case no error occurs from our behalf, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the customer.

 The return must be made within the period 14  calendar days  from the day of delivery, as evidenced by the delivery documents, and that the return conditions are met (eg the product has not been opened and is in excellent condition). 

Refunds are accepted for replacement or refund upon request and only if the products are unused and in their original condition.

In case of use of the product or alteration of its original packaging, returns are not accepted.

No returns are accepted for  baby milk, creams, food and refrigerated products for safety and proper maintenance.

Refunds are made within 14 days upon return and delivery of the products to our company.

Your refund is executed on the same payment method with which you completed the order. In case of cash on delivery and bank deposit, you must state the account in which you want the deposit to be made. Return proof is required for returns. In case of invoice the return must be made with a consignment note

In case the return is not made within the period of 14  calendar days  from the day of delivery or some of the return conditions are not met,  livepharmacy.gr  has the right not to accept the products back and not to proceed with their replacement. Also, in this case, you may be asked to pay the shipping cost back to you in case they do not meet the specifications.

If payment is made by credit card, the transaction will be canceled and the credit card issuing bank will be informed regarding that.
