SHIPPING METHODS

Pick up your Order from our Physical Store.

You can receive your orders from our physical store the same or the next working day. However, it is necessary that you contact us by phone at 2231037880 or info@livepharmacy.gr before passing by, so that we can confirm to you that all the products of your order are ready for delivery. No additional charge is applied for orders pick up from our physical store. Orders that are pending for more than 5 days will be automatically canceled.
Orders can be picked up from the physical store during its normal operating hours :

Monday: 8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30– 21:00
Tuesday: 8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30– 21:00
Wednesday: 8:30 - 14:00
Thursday: 8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30– 21:00
Friday: 8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30– 21:00
Saturday: 9:00 - 14:00.

The prices of our physical store are the same as our online store, only the discounts are different.

Shipping to the area of Lamia.

The shipping of the products within the area of Lamia is done on the same day, provided that all products are available in our physical store. There is no extra charge for the products delivery within the area of Lamia and it takes places during working days  (9: 00-14: 00& 18: 00-20: 00)  and on Saturdays (9: 00-14: 00). Before the delivery of your order, a specific appointment is made by phone, for the convenience of both the customer and the distribution department of the pharmacy.

Shipping to the rest of Greece.

FREE shipping for orders over€ 39.00 and for weight up to 2 kg. If the shipment exceeds 2kg, then the charge is 1€/kg.
The shipment of the products to your place is done with a courier company the next day or the second next day.
Orders under €39,00 are charged with shipping costs €2,80. For orders with cash on delivery, there is an additional charge of €1,80.
Holidays, as well as weekends are exempted.
