ORDER METHODS

You can easily place your order on livepharmacy.gr in the following ways:

1.Order online on our website.

Add products that are of your interest in the cart.

Once you add a product  then you  have the option to either continue adding other products  or remove a  product or update the quantity or complete your order.

Upon completion of the order, you will be asked to enter your email and  password if you are a registered user, otherwise you have the option to create a new one at that time account or continue your purchase  as a visitor. 

When creating an account or purchase as a guest enter all the necessary customer information.

Select  the payment and shipping method / receipt  of the order.

Press continue  for final control of the order 

And at the end  click  completion  of the order. 

Your order will be registered in the system of livepharmacy.gr. In addition, you  will receive an email confirming / attaching your order.

 

2. Phone order

You can place your order at 2231037880.

A prerequisite  to place a  telephone order is to have the  product  codes.

You will find the codes on the  pages  of the products under their title

Call Center Operating Hours: 

Monday:    8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30 -21:00

Tuesday:          8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 21:00

Wednesday:      8: 30 - 14:00

Thursday:       8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 21:00

Friday: 8:30 - 14:00 and 17:30 - 21:00                         

Saturday:     9: 00-14: 30

Sunday:     CLOSED

3.By sending an e-mail to info@livepharmacy.gr.

You can send your order via email  24 hours a day. A prerequisite for every order by email is to add to the products you wish to order a specific  code  listed on each product on our site.

WARNING

Under Greek law no medicines are sold  online, nor can we pick up and execute prescriptions.

Online store prices  are the same as of the physical  store but discounts vary.
